One-year study of S1B-509 for weight loss

Who can take part

  • You must have obesity and a related health problem like type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, or sleep apnea.
  • You must not have used any weight-loss prescription drugs, including Ozempic, in the past 3 months.
  • You must not have had weight-loss surgery (like gastric bypass) in the past.
  • You must agree to follow a healthy lifestyle program and take the study medication for a full year.
  • You cannot be taking certain medications for mood, seizures, or sleep, or have certain heart, liver, kidney, or stomach conditions.
