Who can take part

  • You have one or more missing teeth that need to be replaced.
  • You can open your mouth at least 30 millimeters (about 1.2 inches).
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have limited jawbone width or height, or an unusual bone shape that may affect implant placement.
  • You are not a heavy smoker (more than 10 cigarettes per day).
  • You do not have uncontrolled diabetes, metabolic bone disease, or a history of radiation to the head/neck.
