Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are missing teeth only on one side of your lower jaw, in the back area
  • You have natural teeth or solid bridges/crowns in front of the gap that can anchor a surgical guide
  • Your jaw bone is thick enough (at least 8mm tall and 5mm wide) to place an implant without major bone grafting
  • You don't have untreated gum disease, active mouth infections, or uncontrolled health conditions like diabetes
  • You can open your mouth wide enough (at least 35mm between upper and lower front teeth) for surgical tools
