  • You do not have any heart, lung, or circulation problems.
  • You have not had a major illness affecting your breathing, heart, digestion, blood, or ear-nose-throat in the past.
  • You have not had a fever or respiratory infection (like a cold or flu) in the last two weeks.
  • You have not had alcohol or poor sleep in the past 24 hours.
