  • You are a male between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You live at an altitude below 500 meters (about 1,640 feet).
  • You do not have serious health conditions (like heart or lung disease, diabetes, brain injury, or color blindness).
  • You are not taking medications or supplements that affect your thinking, such as sedatives or stimulants.
  • You do not have a food allergy or intolerance to blackcurrant, pine, or tea tree products.
  • You are willing to give blood samples and attend all study visits.
