Who can take part

  • You are between 50 and 65 years old.
  • You have no serious long-term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, or breathing problems.
  • You are not a smoker and have not donated blood in the last 2 months.
  • You have not been in a regular exercise program in the last 6 months, and you are not very physically active (e.g., regular intense workouts).
  • You have not traveled to high altitude (above 1,500 m) in the last 3 months, and you do not use oxygen therapy.
