A study of a personalized vaccine for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a personalized vaccine made from your own cells to help your immune system attack tumor-specific targets. It may be an option if standard treatments have stopped working or caused side effects you can't tolerate.

NCT06524024Not yet recruiting
Personalized immune cell therapy for solid tumors

This trial tests a personalized cell therapy (tumor polypeptide DC-CTL) for adults with solid tumors such as colorectal, lung, or breast cancer. The goal is to see if infusing your own immune cells trained to attack cancer can help control the disease.

NCT05749627Recruiting
Vaccine for advanced cancers using your tumor’s targets

This trial tests a personalized vaccine made from “neoantigens” (tumor-specific targets) to help your immune system fight advanced, inoperable solid tumors. It may be an option if standard treatment didn’t work or you stopped it and your health is strong enough for trial treatment.

NCT06195293Recruiting· Phase 1
Personalized cancer vaccine for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a personalized vaccine made from unique markers on your tumor cells (called neoantigens). The goal is to help your immune system fight the cancer more effectively. It is for people with advanced solid tumors who have not had gene therapy and are otherwise relatively healthy.

Guangzhou
NCT05475106Recruiting· Early Phase 1
Personalized vaccine using tumor peptide targets and an immune booster

This early-phase trial tests a personalized immune treatment made from your tumor’s specific “neoantigen” targets (small pieces the immune system can recognize), plus an immune-boosting medicine. It aims to help control certain cancers by training your immune system to attack your tumor.
