Who can take part

  • You have knee pain that is worse on the inner or outer side of the knee and hurts when pressure is applied
  • Your pain level is greater than 4 out of 10 despite using pain medications like Tylenol or ibuprofen
  • You have had an MRI in the last 6 months showing a wear-and-tear meniscus tear
  • You have not had knee surgery or steroid injections in the affected knee in the past 3 months
  • You can speak, read, and write French fluently
