Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have colorectal or rectal cancer that is mismatch repair deficient (dMMR).
  • You must be able to walk and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You cannot have received prior immunotherapy or certain other cancer treatments for your current cancer.
  • You must be willing to use effective birth control during and for 4 months after treatment if you or your partner could become pregnant.
  • You must not have an active autoimmune disease, uncontrolled infection, or recent major heart problems.
