Who can take part

  • You have colorectal cancer that has spread to nearby tissues or lymph nodes but not to other organs.
  • Your tumor has a genetic feature called dMMR or MSI-H (a lab test will confirm this).
  • You have not had any previous treatment for colorectal cancer (like surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation).
  • You are 18 or older and in generally good health (able to do daily activities without much help).
  • You do not have other active cancers, serious heart or blood vessel problems, or an autoimmune disease requiring treatment.
  • You are willing to use birth control during and for 3 months after the study if applicable.
