Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 to 70.
- You have advanced breast cancer (stage IIIB/C or IV) that is HER2-negative and confirmed to be stable or growing.
- If you have triple-negative breast cancer, you must have already tried at least one round of chemotherapy. If your cancer is ER or PR positive, you must have tried at least one line of hormone therapy or a CDK4/6 inhibitor.
- You must have a specific immune system marker (HLA-A*02:01) and a positive test for a protein called FAM53B on your tumor sample.
- You have not had any cell infusion or tumor vaccine therapy before.
- You have stopped other cancer treatments for a specified time (e.g., no chemotherapy for 3 weeks, no radiation for 2 weeks) and are healthy enough for the trial (good blood counts, organ function, and no major heart or lung problems).
