Who can take part
- You are a post-menopausal woman age 18 or older
- Your breast cancer biopsy shows ER-positive and PR-positive (or PR-negative), and HER2-negative
- Your breast cancer is stage I (with tumor size over 1.5 cm if node-negative), stage II, or stage III
- You are well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0 to 1) and you can sign informed consent
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function meet required lab thresholds
- You have not recently had certain cancer treatments or immunotherapy, and you can avoid live vaccines right before starting
