Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD)
  • You speak French
  • You have never tried Lifespan Integration therapy before
  • You are not in any other talk therapy right now, or have stopped it at least 4 weeks ago
  • You do not have a current manic episode, psychotic episode, chronic psychotic disorder, autism, or an intellectual disability
