  • You are a male basketball player.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience and are currently playing at a competitive level.
  • You have experience with weight-lifting exercises like squats and deadlifts.
  • You have never had an ACL injury and do not have any current injuries.
  • You do not have any medical conditions, history of low back pain, or orthopedic issues.
  • You are not using performance-enhancing substances.
