Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 25 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 30.
  • You are not very physically active (low activity level).
  • You can do a bodyweight squat without pain or help.
  • You have not had a recent heart problem, knee injury, or other muscle/bone injury.
  • You are not pregnant or within 6 months of giving birth.
