Infant heart study using light to check oxygen levels

Who can take part

  • Your baby is under 6 months old.
  • Your baby has single ventricle heart disease (one pumping chamber) with parallel blood circulation.
  • Your baby is waiting for the Glenn operation and is not in the hospital (still at home).
  • Your baby has not had skin problems from a previous near-infrared sensor and does not have high bilirubin levels (jaundice).
