Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of NF1 (neurofibromatosis type 1).
- You must have a plexiform neurofibroma that is either growing or causing serious symptoms (like pain or trouble breathing).
- You must be at least 12 years old and weigh at least 92 pounds (42 kg).
- You must be able to have an MRI scan of your tumor and have a tumor that is at least 3 mL in size (about 3 cm across).
