This study looks at how CAPS (a genetic condition that causes inflammation) affects sleep and daily body rhythms. It compares people with CAPS to healthy family members living in the same home, to understand differences without any treatment being tested.

Who can take part
- You are 6 years old or older.
- You weigh at least 25 kilograms (about 55 pounds).
- You either have CAPS (confirmed by genetic testing) or live in the same home as someone with CAPS and are willing to have genetic testing.
- You do not have a chronic sleep disorder that requires medication, sleep apnea, or work night shifts.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or caring for an infant under 6 months old.
