Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 35 years old
  • Have a healthy body weight
  • Sleep 7 to 9 hours each night
  • Be a nonsmoker and not use illegal drugs
  • Drink fewer than 3 alcoholic drinks per day or 14 per week
  • Not be pregnant, nursing, or going through menopause
