This study tests a digital program that uses personalized counseling over video or phone to help people stop smoking. It is for adults who smoke daily, have a primary care doctor, and can use a smartphone or computer.

Who can take part
- You are a current patient with a primary care provider
- You are 18 or older
- You smoke at least 1 cigarette a day (for the past week) and have smoked at least 100 cigarettes in your life
- You have access to a phone, laptop, or tablet
- You can understand and speak English well enough to take part
- You are not currently using nicotine replacement therapy (like patches or gum), prescription quit-smoking meds, or in another cessation program
