Who can take part
- You have a lower back condition like a slipped vertebra (spondylolisthesis) or a disc that's bulging or has come back after surgery (recurrent disc herniation).
- Your slipped vertebra is mild to moderate (Grade I or II) — not severe (Grade III or IV).
- You do not have severe osteoporosis (very weak bones), a bleeding disorder, or an active infection or tumor in your spine.
- You have not had a recent traumatic spine fracture, and you are generally healthy enough for surgery.
