Who can take part

  • You have a single level of lumbar spinal slippage (grade I or II).
  • You've tried non-surgical treatments (like therapy or medication) for at least 3 months without success.
  • Your lower back is stable in bending X-rays (not too much movement).
  • You haven't had previous surgery on your lower back.
  • You don't have severe narrowing of the nerve canals (foraminal stenosis), infection, tumors, or fractures in your spine.
  • You are able to stay in a face-down position during surgery and follow up for a year.
