Intermittent fasting and Mediterranean diet for multiple sclerosis

Multiple SclerosisIntermittent Fasting

Part of Brain & nervous system, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This study tests whether a combination of intermittent fasting (eating only during certain hours) and a Mediterranean diet (rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats) can help improve symptoms in women with multiple sclerosis (MS). If you are a woman with MS and not in an active flare-up, this trial may offer a new way to manage your condition through diet.
