Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a high-grade brain tumor (such as grade 3 or 4 astrocytoma, oligodendroglioma, or glioblastoma).
- You are receiving or have received the chemotherapy drug temozolomide (TMZ).
- If you have had serious blood issues from TMZ (like very low blood cell counts, needing growth factors or transfusions, or delays in treatment), you may qualify for part B.
- You are able to give informed consent.
