Who can take part
- You must be 12 years or older.
- You must have a brain tumor (such as a high-grade glioma) that is getting worse despite standard treatment, and your tumor cells must have a protein called DLL3.
- You must have completed chemotherapy or radiation at least 3 weeks (and sometimes longer) before starting this trial.
- You must be in fairly good health, able to care for yourself, with adequate blood counts, kidney and liver function.
- You cannot have certain other medical conditions, like active infections, autoimmune diseases, or past severe reactions to similar drugs.
- Women who could become pregnant and men must use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
