Who can take part

  • You are 65 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with a new, aggressive brain cancer known as glioblastoma with a specific genetic feature (unmethylated MGMT).
  • You have completed a three-week course of radiation with chemo within the last six weeks.
  • You are able to care for yourself and perform daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your blood cell counts and kidney/liver function are within certain limits.
  • You do not have other active cancers or serious medical conditions that would interfere.
