  • You are male, between 18 and 45 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 25 (normal weight range).
  • You can speak and understand English or Dutch well.
  • You have a freezer at home to store study materials.
  • You do not have a current or past neurological, psychiatric, stomach, or hormone disorder.
  • You have not taken any medication (like antibiotics, steroids, or painkillers) in the last 3 months.
  • You are not a smoker, do not work night shifts, and do not follow a special diet (like vegan, gluten-free, or weight-loss).
