Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are currently in the intensive care unit (ICU).
- Your risk score for acute kidney injury (sudden kidney damage) is 5 or more based on clinic and lab tests.
- You have not been on any vasopressor drugs (medicines that raise blood pressure) when joining.
- Your mean blood pressure is 90 mmHg or lower.
- You do not have severe traumatic brain injury, recent elective surgery, or serious gut issues.
