Who can take part
- You are 16 years old or older and can read and speak Arabic.
- You have had type 1 diabetes for at least 6 months.
- Your blood sugar is not well controlled (HbA1c 7% or higher, or fasting blood sugar above 130 mg/dL).
- Your insulin dose has been the same for the last 3 months.
- You do not have serious health issues like asthma, thyroid problems, severe kidney disease, or conditions affecting red blood cells, and you are not pregnant or on corticosteroids.
