Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (not type 1 or gestational diabetes)
  • You have been receiving care at a Jordanian Ministry of Health clinic for at least 6 months with regular visits
  • You can use a blood sugar meter (glucometer) on your own or are willing to learn
  • You are able to check your blood sugar independently without physical or cognitive limitations
  • You have not participated in a similar diabetes education program in the past 6 months
