Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older.
- You have HER2-positive breast cancer (a fast-growing type) that is invasive and hasn't been treated yet.
- Your tumor is between 2 and 5 centimeters, and has not spread to lymph nodes or other parts of the body.
- Your heart function is normal (ejection fraction at least 50%).
- You are generally active and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, bone marrow) as shown by blood tests.
