Comparing two drug combos for HER2-positive early breast cancer after complete response
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.
This trial compares two different treatments for women with HER2-positive early breast cancer who had a complete response to initial therapy but still have cancer DNA in their blood. It aims to see which treatment is better at preventing the cancer from coming back.

This study tests a personalized treatment approach for HER2-positive breast cancer. It uses regular monitoring of your tumor to adjust the treatment before surgery, aiming to improve results. It might help you by tailoring therapy to your cancer's response.
This study compares a new antibody-drug conjugate (SHR-A1811) with a combination of two oral drugs (pyrotinib and capecitabine) for women with HER2-positive advanced breast cancer that has stopped responding to trastuzumab (Herceptin). It aims to see which treatment works better.
This trial tests a new combination of drugs for people with HER2-positive early breast cancer whose tumors did not respond well to the first round of standard targeted therapy plus chemo. The goal is to see if switching to trastuzumab-rezetecan plus pertuzumab or a different chemo combo (nab-paclitaxel, carboplatin, trastuzumab, and pyrotinib) can shrink the tumor before surgery.
This trial tests a combination of two drugs, trastuzumab deruxtecan (SHR-A1811) and pertuzumab, given before surgery to shrink HER2-positive breast cancer. It is for women with stage II or III breast cancer who have not yet had treatment and are in good overall health.
This trial tests a combination of two drugs (KN026 and HB1801) given after surgery to prevent breast cancer from coming back in people with HER2-positive breast cancer that had spread to lymph nodes. It aims to improve cure rates with a targeted approach.
This study is comparing two different drug combinations given before breast cancer surgery. The goal is to see which one shrinks tumors more effectively. This type of treatment is called 'neoadjuvant' therapy.
