Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and have a good performance status (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your bladder cancer has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your tumor is HER2 positive or suspected to be HER2 positive.
- You have already been treated with trastuzumab and a taxane chemotherapy, either for advanced disease or within 6 months after initial treatment.
- Your heart, bone marrow, kidneys, liver, and blood clotting function are working well enough.
- You are about to receive an anti-HER2 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) treatment, and your life expectancy is more than 3 months.
