Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have not improved with standard treatments.
  • You must agree to provide a tumor tissue sample from a previous biopsy or a new one.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must have adequate organ function and a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • You must use effective contraception if you or your partner can have children, for 6 months after the last dose.
