  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has a protein called GPC3.
  • You have tried standard treatments that did not work or are not available to you.
  • You are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample from a previous biopsy or agree to a new one.
  • Your key organs (like blood, liver, kidneys) are working well enough based on blood tests.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control if you are of childbearing age.
