Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Your cancer must have a specific genetic change called a RAS mutation and no BRAF mutation, and it must be 'microsatellite stable' (MSS).
  • You must not have received any previous treatment for this cancer.
  • You must be in good overall health, with adequate blood counts, kidney function, and liver function.
  • You cannot have a history of autoimmune disease (like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis) or another active cancer.
