Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed IDH1 mutation in your AML cells.
  • You are at least 14 years old.
  • You are able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2) and have adequate organ function (liver, kidneys, heart).
  • You have not had prior treatment for AML (except hydroxyurea or cytarabine to lower white blood cell count).
  • You do not have other active cancers, serious heart disease, or severe infections.
