Better HER2 testing for HER2-low breast cancer on Enhertu

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have metastatic breast cancer that is HER2-low (specifically 1+ on a standard lab test).
  • You plan to start or have recently started treatment with Enhertu (T-DXd).
  • You have a stored tumor sample from a recent biopsy (not from a bone sample that was decalcified).
  • You do not have HER2-positive breast cancer (3+ or 2+ with a positive FISH test).
