Who can take part

  • Age 18 or older.
  • Diagnosed with advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is HER2-low and hormone receptor positive.
  • Cancer has not been treated with any HER2-targeted therapy before.
  • At least one measurable tumor that is not only in the bone.
  • Good overall health (ECOG 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 6 months.
  • No history of other cancer in the last 3 years (except certain skin or cervical cancers).
