Who can take part
- Age 18 or older.
- Diagnosed with advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is HER2-low and hormone receptor positive.
- Cancer has not been treated with any HER2-targeted therapy before.

- Good overall health (ECOG 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 6 months.
