Who can take part

  • You have a type of prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer helped by standard hormone therapy.
  • You have tried at least one hormone-blocking drug (like enzalutamide or abiraterone), and possibly chemotherapy, but the cancer kept growing.
  • You are currently on hormone therapy to keep your testosterone level very low.
  • You have a stored sample of your tumor that can be checked for a protein called HER2.
  • You are generally in good health (able to take care of yourself and up and about) and have a life expectancy of at least 6 months.
