Who can take part

  • You must be between 40 and 79 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with COPD at stage I, II, or III.
  • Your shortness of breath is mild to moderate (score 0 to 3 on a breathing scale).
  • Your oxygen level at rest is above 90%.
  • You have not done pulmonary rehab in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have heart disease, heart failure, or other serious health issues.
