Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with interstitial lung disease (a condition that causes scarring of the lungs) and are being treated at Ankara City Hospital's chest clinic.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are on the lung transplant waiting list or being evaluated for listing.
  • You are willing to attend regular exercise sessions as part of the study.
  • You have shortness of breath (grade 2 or higher on a standard scale) and can still walk around.
  • If you use long-term oxygen, you may still join.
