Who can take part

  • You have a diagnosis of COPD (chronic lung disease).
  • Your COPD is at stage 2, 3, or 4 (moderate to very severe).
  • You are between 40 and 80 years old.
  • You are feeling stable (no recent flare-ups or hospital stays).
  • You do not have balance, heart, or serious joint problems that could interfere with exercise.
