Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with glioblastoma (a type of brain tumor) that has come back after previous treatment.
  • You are able to have radiation therapy.
  • Your daily steroid dose (dexamethasone) is 4 mg or less at the start of the study.
  • You are in fairly good health, able to care for yourself (Karnofsky score of 60% or higher).
  • Your blood counts and organ function tests are within certain limits.
