Who can take part
- You have mantle cell lymphoma that is high risk or has come back after treatment.
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (at least 1.5 cm).
- You are able to swallow capsules and have adequate kidney, liver, and bone marrow function.
- You are not pregnant and agree to use effective contraception during and after treatment.
- You have not had certain other treatments (like a bispecific antibody, or prior resistance to a combination of BTK inhibitor and venetoclax).
