  • You are a veteran between the ages of 50 and 89
  • You had a mild or moderate traumatic brain injury more than six months ago
  • You have some memory or thinking problems that you notice yourself
  • You can see and hear well enough for testing and are comfortable with English
  • You have a device with internet to participate in testing and training at home
  • You are willing to do water-based exercise and computer-based cognitive training for about eight months, and have your doctor's ok for the exercise
