Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have had a traumatic brain injury (TBI) for at least 6 months.
  • You can walk, but at a slower pace (less than 0.8 meters per second).
  • You can stand for 5 minutes on your own.
  • You do not have uncontrolled seizures or other medical conditions that make exercise risky.
  • You have no leg or foot injuries in the past 6 months that affect walking.
