Who can take part

  • You have been feeling tired for at least 3 months and it bothers you (score of 15 or higher on a fatigue questionnaire).
  • You have a chronic health condition (like asthma, diabetes, or arthritis) or were treated for childhood cancer.
  • Your fatigue is not fully explained by another medical or mental health condition.
  • Your chronic condition has been stable in the last 3 months (no major changes or relapses).
  • You are not missing more than half of your school days because of fatigue.
  • You have a smartphone with internet access and can speak, read, understand, and write in Dutch.
