  • You are at least 22 years old and live in the United States.
  • You have been diagnosed with MS by a neurologist.
  • You have ongoing fatigue (score above a certain level on a standard fatigue questionnaire).
  • You can use a smartphone, computer, or tablet with internet and email for 24 weeks.
  • You haven't had an MS relapse or started a new MS medication in the last 4 weeks.
