Who can take part

  • You have been feeling tired or exhausted for a while, and it really affects your daily life.
  • You can read and understand German well enough to fill out study forms.
  • You do not have a serious medical condition like advanced organ failure, uncontrolled autoimmune disease, or severe psychiatric illness.
  • You do not have active cancer or are not currently receiving cancer treatment.
  • You are willing to take part in a group program and attend a required online webinar.
